Tyrrelstown No.8 OMC is the Owner Management Company responsible for the management and upkeep of the Tyrrelstown No.8 development. The company is governed by its directors, who are elected from among the unit owners at the Annual General Meeting.
The OMC is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. It does not trade for profit — all service charge income is used solely for the maintenance, insurance, and management of the development. Any surplus is retained for the benefit of the estate.
As a unit owner in the development, you are automatically a member of the OMC and have rights to attend and vote at general meetings, inspect company accounts, and stand for election as a director.
The OMC operates in accordance with the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 and is registered with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Ireland.
As a unit owner and member of the OMC, you are entitled to:
